Early Voting Information

Early voting lets you cast a ballot in person before election day, at any early voting site in your jurisdiction. Dates, hours, and locations are set for each election by your election authority, so check the official pages below for the current schedule.

Bring a photo ID if you have one. You do not normally need ID to vote in Illinois, but it settles questions quickly if your registration record does not match. If you requested a mail ballot and decide to vote in person instead, bring the mail ballot with you to surrender it.
